May 1-4 2010: On May 1-4, 2010 a flood of historic proportions struck Kentucky, along with much of the Tennessee Valley and Lower Mississippi Valley. In Harrison County, the Licking River finally came to crest at 21.92ft on May 4th.

December 15-16 2010: A major winter storm moved across southern Indiana and central Kentucky overnight Dec. 15-16. This storm produced a mixture of snow, sleet, freezing rain and plain rain across the region.
